Now available with the new Progress Series 3 action, these Artisan versions offer exceptional liveliness, making them ideally suited for driven hunts.
The new round actions enhance the beauty of the exquisite walnut stocks, carefully selected for their rich contrasts. These woods, sourced directly from standing trees in the Caucasus region, are then carefully seasoned in our workshops for several years, protected from light and temperature variations, before being perfectly fitted to our firearms in this new Artisan range and entirely hand-finished.
Description
Technical features identical to the Series 3 RGEX Artisan model, with the addition of a round sidelock action.
Hand engraving signed by a Master Engraver, featuring continuous half-relief ornamentation across the entire action, with finely detailed hunting scenes engraved in bulino style on the sidelocks and underside.
Pistol grip stock with German cheekpiece in 5-star luxury walnut.
Extended rolled trigger guard and finely engraved skeletonized grip cap with a luxury walnut spacer.
Skeletonized steel butt plate engraved in half-relief, with a luxury walnut spacer at the heel of the stock.
All wood is hand-rubbed oil finished, with hand-cut “gunpowder” checkering extending across the entire pistol grip.
Supplied in a Chapuis Armes Prestige case.
