Progress Classic X4
Side-by-side express rifle with mechanical regulation
Unlike traditionally built firearms, where barrel convergence must be adjusted in the workshop through multiple stages of soldering intermediate ribs and muzzle wedges, the new X4 express rifle offers a simple and efficient adjustment system that enhances accuracy in hunting situations.

Unlike traditionally built firearms, where barrel convergence must be adjusted in the workshop through multiple stages of soldering intermediate ribs and muzzle wedges, the new X4 express rifle offers a simple and efficient adjustment system, enhancing accuracy in hunting situations.
The left barrel remains fixed and is not subjected to significant stress. It incorporates an adjustable wedge containing a regulation system which, by applying pressure to the right barrel—left free-floating—controls its vibrations and inevitable movement at the moment of firing.
A floating rib fills the space between the barrels, while an alignment ring near the muzzle guides the right barrel without constraining it.
The result of this particularly innovative patented design is a remarkable consistency in shot performance, combined with great ease of adjustment to accommodate the different types of ammunition a hunter may use from one season to another.
This adjustment should, of course, be carried out by your gunsmith, who can perform it quickly and without complex tools. When fitting optics, there is no longer any risk of issues caused by weight or mounting constraints.
